We collect customer feedback during and after every treatment session. We collect feedback and customer reviews also from our partners, colleagues and customers who have purchased a Gift card. We develop our service and dig into matters that need our attention. We have option to give private feedback after treatment if you make online booking and always encourage people to leave public customer reviews! During 2016 we started collecting customer reviews on more reliable platforms and made our own internal lightweight feedback system because Fonecta´s Osuma.fi service was surprisingly terminated without notifying the users beforehand. We had some luck back then and got those customer reviews back but the names of the persons who made the reviews were lost in the data anonymization process.
